Shipping and delivery costs

Lamphoto indicates shipping costs for products delivered within the peninsula. An additional fee of 3 euros will be charged for orders placed from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Because most of our items are made to order, preparation requires between 3 and 20 working days from the placing of the order, not including national or local holidays or weekends. To these terms, the shipping time is to be added.

In case of delay, breakage or receipt of an incomplete order, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to info@lamphoto.es  within 48 hours of receiving the package.

In case of a defective product, we will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.

1.     The products purchased will be sent by The Post to the person and to the address indicated in the order. 72h standard package shipping in Spain, 5-7 days in European Union.

2.     On Saturdays, Sundays and national and local holiday dates there will be no departure or delivery of orders.

3.     Notwithstanding its delay will not imply cancellation of the order or compensation.

4.     An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods at receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt note.

5.     For shipments outside the European Union please contact us.

Return of products

All products of our store can be exchanged and returned up to 14 calendar days from the time the product was received, provided that the following requirements are met:

• The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered,
• Shipping must be made using the same type of packaging shipped,
• In case the product arrives broken, or incomplete you have 48 hours to notify us of this circumstance by sending us an email to info@lamphoto.es

To make the exchange or return delivery, you must follow these steps:

• Contact us to inform us of the reason for the return of the product. You have up to 14 calendar days since you received the order. You can contact us via our email info@lamphoto.es and we will explain you how to return the order.
• Once we have received the order we will proceed to refund the amount of the order.
